Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges:

1. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
2. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if your request is approved.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund and Exchange Process:

1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
